Reviewing applications

Use board and table views, rate candidates, tag them, and leave notes.

Every application to a job lands on that job's submissions page, where you and your team can review candidates, rate them, tag them, and move them through your hiring pipeline.

Board and table views

Switch between two ways of working:

  • Board — applicants are grouped into columns by pipeline stage. Drag a candidate from one column to another to move them along.

  • Table — every applicant in a sortable, filterable list. Sort by name, email, the team's average rating, stage, or date submitted.

Open an applicant

Click any applicant to see everything they submitted: their answers to your form questions and any files they uploaded. Resumes and other attachments appear as previews so you can scan them quickly.

Rate candidates

Each team member can rate a candidate, and the app shows the team's average rating along with how many people have weighed in (for example, 4.5 avg (2)). This makes it easy to surface the strongest applicants at a glance.

Tags

Add color-coded tags to organize candidates however you like — "strong portfolio," "needs follow-up," "local," and so on. You can filter the list down to any tag.

Notes and comments

Leave internal comments on a candidate to discuss them with your team. Comments are timestamped and attributed to whoever wrote them, and they're never visible to the applicant.

Filtering

Narrow a large list with filters for name, email, phone, submission date range, tags, and whether the applicant included attachments.

Archiving applicants

When you're done with a candidate, archive them to clear them out of your active view. Archived applicants are tucked away under a separate tab and can be brought back at any time — nothing is deleted.
