Branded career pages and embeddable widgets

Share a hosted career page or embed your roles on your own site.

Widgets let you show your open roles to the world — either as a hosted career page you can link to, or embedded right on your own website. No developer required.

Create a widget

  1. Go to Widgets and create a new widget.

  2. Give it a name (for example, "Careers page").

  3. Open the widget to find its shareable link and embed code.

Two ways to use it

  • Standalone career page — every widget has its own shareable link. Drop it in your site navigation, a social bio, or a job post and applicants get a clean, branded page of your openings.

  • Embed on your site — copy the widget's embed snippet and paste it into any page of your website. Your roles appear inline, styled to fit.

Choose which jobs appear

Each widget can either:

  • Show all active listings — new roles appear automatically as soon as you publish them, and disappear when you archive them. Set it once and forget it.

  • Show selected listings — hand-pick exactly which jobs this widget displays. Useful for department- or location-specific pages.

Branding

Your organization's logo and name appear at the top of your career pages and widgets. Set your logo on the Members (organization) page so every public page looks like yours.

How applicants apply

Applicants click a role in the widget and land on its application form. Completed applications flow straight into that job's submissions page, just like any other.

Tips

  • Use Show all active listings for a main careers page so you never have to update it manually.

  • Use Show selected listings for targeted pages — for example, a widget with only your engineering roles.
