Managing your account and notifications

Your profile is where you manage your personal details, email notifications, and the organizations you belong to.

Update your name

On your Profile page you can edit your name and save it.

Email notifications

Don't want hiring emails landing in your inbox? Your profile includes a setting to opt out of email notifications. Turn it off and on whenever you like.

Organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, your profile lists them all with quick links to switch between them. You'll always be working inside one organization at a time, and you only see the jobs and candidates that belong to it.

Passwords

• Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, use Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link. Open it to set a new password.

• Password requirements: at least 8 characters, and either a letter and a number, or 16+ characters (a passphrase).

Email verification

New accounts need to confirm their email address. We send a verification link when you sign up; if you haven't verified yet, you can resend it from the sign-in screen.
